SKMS are delighted to announce the commencement of a six week self defence course starting 9th July. Aimed at all females over 13 , this course will focus on awareness, prevention’s and physical reactions to potential threats and situations that may arise in today’s society!

Normal price is £60 for six hour and a half lessons but there will be an early bird price of £40 for one week only so book now!
