Introducing an adapted course derived from the world renowned Krav Maga self defence system.

This 4 hour course taught over 4 weeks will focus on the most common street attacks and teaches the most realistic and natural defences.

Open to Mums and Daughers, Aunts, Nieces and friends and relations.

The course cover subjects such as awareness, prevention and self confidence. Not only will participants benefit from the direct content of the course but will also enjoy the fun and fitness associated with this very special life skill!

Cost is £40 per pair. Places limited to 10 pairs only.
