Adult classes – all levels – Firhill Sports Complex
- Wednesdays – 7 pm-8.30 pm
- Saturdays – 10-11.30 am
Kids classes – Firhill Sports Complex:
- Ages 5-10: 9-10 am
- Ages 11+: 9-10 am
- Ages 15+ may attend the Adult Classes following an assessment at the teens’ classes or by having an adult join them. 17+ are welcome to the adult class without an assessment.
