Marios has been doing Krav Maga for 6 years and has 3 years of teaching experience at Mixed Adult regular classes, Beginners Courses and assisting at Women Only classes.
He also has experience exercising in his personal time, with callisthenics workouts, and is a regular runner. He also played basketball for close to a decade, which helps bring some non-martial arts experience to the table.
Marios is eagerly training to improve his Krav Maga skills as well as expand his knowledge of other systems.
In his day job, Marios is a software developer. In his spare time, Marios enjoys the occasional DnD session, video games and reading.
Marios is teaching at Glasgow Club Kelvin Hall, on Thursdays, 6-7pm.
Private 1-2-1 classes are available with Marios at Glasgow West End, at a nearby park or at David Lloyd Anniesland.

All our instructors participate in weekly Instructor Training and their development is overseen by Robert Bennett, Expert Level Head Instructor with over 40 years of Martial Arts experience.
