SKMS are delighted to launch a new beginners course on a Saturday afternoon (1pm – 2.30pm) for adults (16+) at Blast Fitness which is based at 34 Crown Road, Ayr. Limited to 20 places, the induction course will run from 26th March for 6 weeks.
